Our Story

The Assunta Madre restaurant was born from the sea, taking its name from a fishing boat of the same name.
The first establishment opened in Rome in 2009, in a prime location at Via Giulia 14, one of Rome’s oldest streets, nestled between Piazza Navona and Campo de’ Fiori, within the historic Palazzo Varese, dating back to the 1600s.
