Entering the heart of Rome, in one of the oldest streets between Piazza Navona and Campo de 'Fiori, you will discover the Assunta Madre restaurant, its ambient and its cuisine.

The Assunta Madre restaurant is located in Via Giulia 14 inside Palazzo Varese built in 1600.

Entering the historic Roman restaurant will be an unforgettable experience, which over the years has become a must visit place for actors, directors, writers and musicians from all over the world, visiting the Eternal City.
And here, every guest is welcomed as a true protagonist. At the entrance, the counter reflects an explosion of taste and color, with the catch of the day ready to be prepared.

The next room that follows has 11 tables that can comfortably welcome 40 people and is covered by a glass trapdoor, wonderful stairs are visible that lead to the ancient cellars of the building where the city once stood.

After the kitchen you enter the second room with 6 tables and sofas that can welcome 24 people. The interiors represent an ancient fishing boat with visible beams.
For a private dinner or a special event, Assunta Madre offers its Privè with 36 seats.
Finally, we offer the possibility to dine outside among camellias in an external courtyard (15 tables with approximately 40 seats).
